As our healthcare system evolves so should the way we treat our patients and engage with physicians. We cannot move the needle in our value-based care performance without prioritizing patients in the strategies we develop. Our diverse patient panels require us to innovate how we not only connect with our patients, but how we transform their health. In order to drive that innovation, it is key that we equip our providers with valuable resources and develop strategic initiatives that increase efficiency and autonomy while reducing burnout.
