This online course is a self-paced study tool to help those planning to take the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality© (CPHQ) Certification Examination. Based on the current exam content outline, the course includes five modules. Key interactive features include progress checks, correct answer rationales, and videos to emphasize key concepts. You may take as much time as you wish to complete the course, and it can be taken multiple times. Earn 15 CPHQ CE credits upon completion and evaluation of the course. CPHQ CE is available only to current CPHQs.
