No. Your membership continues without interruption. If you were an individual member prior to launch, you have automatically been enrolled in the Standard membership package and now have access to those benefits within NAHQ-U. We encourage you to log in and explore your updated member experience. 
No. Current members will not see pricing changes until their next renewal.
At renewal, you will select the membership package that best aligns with your professional goals and renew at the applicable rate. 
Yes. Members may upgrade to a higher package at any time. Upgrades cannot be completed online and must be processed by NAHQ Customer Support. Please contact NAHQ Customer Service at info@nahq.org or call us at (847) 375-4720. The team is available Monday-Friday from 8 AM-4:30 PM CT.
