The healthcare quality and safety workforce is uniquely positioned to effectively lead through change, complexity, and uncertainty. This practical session explores how learning agility, change readiness, and the ability to rethink assumptions can help professionals stay relevant, navigate change, support others through the process; and increase their own impact while remaining open and engaged. As AI and other emerging technologies continue to reshape the workplace, participants will explore how to leverage these tools to enhance their effectiveness while elevating uniquely human capabilities such as critical thinking, judgment, communication, relationship building, and influence. Rather than competing with technology, attendees will learn how to work alongside it in ways that amplify human potential and create greater value for their organizations. Using real world, on-the-job scenarios and tools, participants will learn practical strategies to think differently, adapt, influence others, and help their organizations move forward.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
• Apply learning agility and rethinking strategies to challenge assumptions and adapt.
• Use practical strategies to make navigating change easier, more engaging, and less overwhelming.
• Increase their influence and effectiveness in helping others navigate change.
