NAHQ’s Micro-Credential program in Healthcare Regulations & Accreditation focuses on developing the skills needed to ensure an organization’s continuous readiness for surveys and adherence to regulatory requirements. Participants will master key competency areas from NAHQ’s Healthcare Quality Competency Framework within the Regulatory and Accreditation domain, including developing and executing survey readiness processes, guiding an organization through every phase of a survey (including pre-survey training and on-site activities), creating corrective action plans, and ongoing monitoring.

Each course combines video instruction from healthcare quality experts, interactive eLearning, text, downloadable resources, case studies, and knowledge checks.

Upon completion of the educational course including all modules, an assessment and program evaluation, learners will earn the NAHQ Micro-Credential, which includes a Certificate of Completion, CPHQ and CNE credit award, and a digital badge.
